ATLANTA – Jan. 18, 2018 – The Technology Executives Roundtable (TER-Atlanta), an association that consists of more than 120 CEOs, CFOs and general managers in Georgia’s technology community, today announced that Karyn Mullins, president of Healthcare Staffing Technologies, a Jackson Healthcare company, has been elected TER president. In addition, Jeff Byrne, VP of Finance of MemberSuite, has been appointed to the organization’s Board of Directors.
Mullins and Byrne will be recognized in their respective new roles at the Feb. 20 meeting, to be held at 7 a.m. at the City Club of Buckhead in Atlanta. The breakfast meeting will feature a panel discussion on The New Tax Act – Top 10 Major Impacts on Tech Companies. TER holds monthly, invitation-only meetings on the third Tuesday of the month. As president of Healthcare Staffing Technologies, Mullins is a proven executive leader with experience in healthcare, technology, and e-commerce businesses. She has earned a reputation for strategic vision, creative direction setting, and fostering partnerships throughout all levels of an organization. Prior to Healthcare Staffing Technologies, Mullins served as VP of Marketing for Lightyear Direct and held marketing management positions at CipherTrust and Internet Security Systems.
As VP of Finance for MemberSuite, Byrne is focused on ensuring capital efficiency and strategic alignment to support the company’s rapid growth. In his role, Byrne brings extensive leadership experience with high growth venture-backed technology and healthcare companies, including raising capital and managing financial, accounting, and sales operations teams. Prior to MemberSuite, Byrne held senior financial positions at Amniox Medical and Innovolt.
